***Before Submitting Please Read The Following:

Worship Center: According to our Covenant Statement, no marriage of same-sex will be performed in our Worship Center by our Pastor, visiting Pastor, or services provided by our staff.

Fellowship Hall: No marriage or reception for same-sex union will be held in our fellowship hall by our Pastor, visiting Pastor, or services provided by our staff, according to our Covenant Statement.

If you meet the above conditions, then you agree to the following agreement on renting of the church Worship Center or Fellowship Hall:

  1. Furnish all necessary supplies, such as table service, small appliances, extra chairs, decorations, food catering services, all dishes, flatware and table linens.
  2. Play all garbage in provided containers.
  3. Replace all furniture as found when received. This must be completed at the end of the planned activity, unless other arrangements are made.
  4. Repair and replace, if necessary, all items damaged during the contract period.
  5. Make sure all lights are turned off.
  6. Limit the number of people (80 maximum) in fellowship hall as required by the Fire Code.
  7. Neither food service nor catering is provided by the Port Mansfield Church.
  8. The Fellowship Hall Committee (FHC) may give prior approval for already prepared refreshments to be brought into the building for the scheduled event.
  9. Specific arrangements regarding use of the kitchen to warm food (not to prepare) must be made with Fellowship Hall Committee, with clear provisions regarding extent of use an arrangement for proper cleanup.
  10. The group scheduling the event is responsible for cleaning up. FHC designate will determine whether cleanup has been accomplished. In the event that the group does not appropriately clean up after the event ended, the group will be billed $13.00 per hour for the custodial hours needed to make the facility presentable. A damage deposit of $150.00 is required and is refundable if the customer cleanup is satisfactory. All equipment and furniture is to be treated carefully and used in a respectable manner. All property is to be restored to the order prior to the event.
  11. No smoking or use of tobacco products is allowed in the Sanctuary or Fellowship Hall. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises. Use or sale of any non-prescription controlled substance is forbidden. Sales of tobacco, alcohol and any controlled substances, are forbidden.
  12. There is no phone on location.

The Port Mansfield Community Baptist Church (and its Fellowship Hall Committee) does not represent the facility or premises are suitable for the purpose for which the customer plans to use them. Therefore, the Committee shall not be responsible for any losses or damage to the property of customer’s, guest or invites. All such responsibility, from whatever cause, is assumed by the user.
